Tea Tip of the Week…
Feeling congested? Allergies? Runny nose?
Use hot spices tea to dab your face or forehead! Get the same relief from inhaling hot spices tea for 5 minutes.

In a pot of boiling water, place several tea bags of mixed spices, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger. Use 15 or 16 tea bags. The stronger the brew, the better. Let it steep for about 5 minutes. Soak a towel or soft cloth in the tea concoction. Wring out the boiling tea and dab the face all over. Ideal to ward off colds. Or to stop a runny nose.
Can be used even for little kids. It’s easier than getting kids used to inhalation when having a cold.
This hot tea dabbing may be effective to treat pimples or any other skin eruptions too.
